Policies & Procedures.
By booking an appointment with Atlanta Portrait Studio LLC, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies, procedures, rules, and fees.
Booking, Payments & Final Sales
- All photography sessions, booking fees, deposits, packages, upgrades, digital images, products, and other purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued after checkout, including when a client does not attend the scheduled appointment.
- Booking fees and deposits must be paid at the time of booking to reserve an appointment.
- Any remaining balance must be paid before or at the beginning of the session.
- Failure to pay the required balance may result in the appointment being canceled.
- Clients may upgrade their package but may not downgrade after booking or upon arrival.
- By completing a booking or payment, you authorize Atlanta Portrait Studio LLC to charge the selected payment method for the services, products, and fees included in your order.
Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows
- Rescheduling is permitted when the studio is contacted at least three days before the scheduled appointment.
- Rescheduling requests made less than three days before the appointment may be denied or may require a new booking fee.
- Appointments canceled too close to the scheduled date may result in the loss of all payments already made.
- Clients who fail to attend without properly rescheduling will be considered a no-show.
- No-show appointments are non-refundable, and a new session must be booked and paid for.
- Atlanta Portrait Studio may reschedule or cancel a session when necessary because of emergencies, unsafe conditions, equipment issues, illness, or circumstances outside the studio's control.
Arrival & Late Policy
- Please arrive on time and fully prepared for your session.
- Clients arriving late may be charged a $10 late-arrival fee.
- Late arrival does not guarantee additional session time. The session may be shortened to avoid affecting other appointments.
- Additional time may be purchased as an Overtime Session Upgrade for $50, when scheduling permits.
Group Size
- Groups of nine people or fewer may select any eligible photography package.
- Groups of 10 people or more must book the designated VIP or large-group package.
- Clients are responsible for selecting the correct package based on the total number of people being photographed.
Cellphone, Camera & Recording Policy
- Clients and guests may not take cellphone pictures, screenshots, camera photos, videos, or recordings of studio sets, images, proofs, computer screens, iPads, or other studio devices without permission.
- This rule applies throughout the studio and during the photography session.
- Unauthorized photography, copying, recording, downloading, or removal of studio images may result in a $275 fee.
- Anyone who takes or removes unauthorized images may be required to delete or return them immediately.
- Session images, products, or galleries may be withheld until all related fees and outstanding balances are paid.
- The original package or session payment will not be refunded because of a violation of this policy.
Image Ownership & Copyright
- All photographs and images created by Atlanta Portrait Studio LLC remain the copyrighted property of Atlanta Portrait Studio LLC unless exclusive rights are transferred through a separate written agreement.
- Clients may not copy, reproduce, edit, screenshot, sell, distribute, publish, or commercially use studio images without written permission.
- Images created by Atlanta Portrait Studio may be used for the studio's portfolio, website, social media, advertising, marketing, displays, competitions, and other promotional purposes unless the client purchases or signs a separate privacy or exclusive-rights agreement.
- Clients requesting exclusive image rights should review the studio's FAQ page or contact the studio before booking.
Proofs, Galleries & Final Images
- Proof images are provided for viewing and selection purposes and may not be copied, downloaded, screenshotted, edited, or shared unless included in the purchased package.
- Retouched images and products are prepared according to the package selected at booking.
- Clients are responsible for reviewing their selections, names, spelling, sizes, colors, and order details before approving an order.
- Signed receipts, booking confirmations, appointment records, payment records, image selections, and gallery-delivery records may be retained as proof that services or products were provided.
- Gallery delivery times may vary depending on the session, package, editing requirements, seasonal volume, and upgrades purchased.
Refunds, Exchanges & Product Issues
- No refunds or exchanges are accepted, except when required by applicable law.
- Custom photography services, edited images, digital products, prints, and specially ordered products are final sale.
- Concerns regarding an order, image, print, or product must be reported directly to Atlanta Portrait Studio as soon as possible.
- When appropriate, Atlanta Portrait Studio may offer a correction, replacement, reprint, or another reasonable resolution at the studio's discretion.
- Refunds are not automatically provided because of personal preference, missed appointments, delays caused by the client, or failure to follow studio instructions.
Disputes & Chargebacks
- Clients agree to contact Atlanta Portrait Studio directly and allow the studio a reasonable opportunity to address any concern before filing a payment dispute or chargeback.
- Chargebacks should not be used as a substitute for contacting the studio regarding a cancellation, missed appointment, completed service, delivered gallery, or final-sale purchase.
- Atlanta Portrait Studio may provide signed receipts, booking confirmations, policy acknowledgments, payment records, correspondence, attendance records, and gallery-delivery documentation when responding to a dispute.
- Fraudulent or improper disputes may result in collection activity, legal action, cancellation of future appointments, and responsibility for any permitted fees or costs.

Pricing may vary for specialty sessions, limited-time promotions, custom requests, large groups, or packages with separate written terms.
Client Responsibility
- Clients are expected to review all package details, FAQs, preparation instructions, policies, procedures, and fees before booking.
- Other rules or fees may apply depending on the session, package, location, requested services, damage, overtime, additional people, additional outfits, special editing, rush delivery, or failure to follow studio policies.
- By booking, paying, signing, checking an acknowledgment box, or attending a session, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted Atlanta Portrait Studio LLC's policies and procedures.
